4 charged with money-laundering - DPS

Houston Area individuals were detained last week after a traffic stop by Department of Public Safety. Reports the Boerne Star. A DPS deputy made the arrests after stopping the vehicle at the 38 thousand block of IH10 West for illegal window tint and an expired plate. A search yielded a bag of marijuana, a gun and 80 thousand dollars in cash. Inconsistent accounts regarding the money led to the arrests. The 4 are charged with money-laundering amongst other charges. They have bonds set at various amounts close to 300 thousand dollars. in Kendall County.
