It’s the first day of school for several Hill Country ISD’s. Traffic activity will increase this morning around Bandera, Harper and Boerne schools. School buses are on the roadways this morning. Lookout for students boarding and unboarding the bus. Be on the watch for people at school crossings. And remember school speed limits will be in effect. And remember, it’s against the law to use your cell phone in school zones.
