Bandera ISD - threatening email

Bandera Superintendent Gary Bitzkie posted a letter to parents and the community about a circulating threatening email. Bandera County Sheriff’s Office is in contact with the Texas Rangers, the FBI and the San Antonio Texas Fusion Center regarding a blanket threatening email. Several Central Texas School Districts have received the email. At this time, the threat is unsubstantiated and possibly a hoax.
