The City of Bandera is not in agreement with the Stage 5 water restrictions set by the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District earlier this year. Council believes Stage 5 is too strict. Last week, the city agreed to amend and abate their drought contingency plan for the next 60 days. Reports the Bandera Prophet.
