Get your animals ready for the 27th Annual Pet Parade at Bandera’s City Park on July 4th. All animals are invited to show off their best creative costumes. It’s a free event starting at 9am for registration, the parade starts at 10. Sponsor Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League is giving out Best Of….awards.
