The City of Blanco officials change their emergency water restrictions from Stage 5 to Stage 3. After meeting with their supplier Texas Water Company, they realized it wasn’t the lack of water or equipment issues, it was TWC allocating more water to other communities. And the other communities may not have been diligent in monitoring useage. Stage 3 water restrictions can be found on cityofblancotx.gov.
