The City of Boerne has moved from Stage 3 to Stage 4 emergency water restrictions. Their supplier the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District made the decision at their board meeting this week. Various factors led the decision like aquifer water levels, lower well water levels and no Guadalupe River flow showing at US Geological gauges in Comfort and Spring Branch. Stage 4 restrictions are posted on the Cow Creek website.
