Boerne STR ordinance

Short term rentals continues to divide the citizens and city council reports the Boerne Star. Out of 62 hundred residents there are only 100 active rental units. Boerne wants to establish an STR ordinance. Council will use input from the past roundtables to have an ordinance ready for a July 25th vote.
