Another pushback in a Texas community for a wastewater treatment plant permit. In Comal County near New Braunfels, a 14 hundred home development by landowner Doug Harris needs a wastewater treatment plant to not only service the new home project but to service any other future developments. 600 thousand gallons of wastewater daily would be released into the West Fork Dry Comal Creek. The TCEQ held a hearing last night in Spring Branch.
