Der Stadt Friedhof which is City Cemetery in German is getting a makeover. Reports the Standard Radio Post. A columbarium and open air chapel are being added to Fredericksburg’s historic cemetery. Plus also paving the roadways. Work starts on Monday. Famous people buried at the cemetery are the grandparents of Lyndon Baines Johnson and the grandparents of Admiral Chester Nimitz.
