Enchanted Rock State Park reports 38 people have had to be rescued this summer for heat related conditions. Park officials suggest to get out early. The Park opens at 6:30am. Bring plenty of water. Find shade and rest. Don’t bring your pets out in the heat. They too can suffer heat stroke. 2 dogs had to be rescued also.
