Fair Oaks Councilwoman Michelle Bliss has resigned from her seat on council immediately. City Manager Scott Huizenga said Bliss resigned wanting to care for her husband and his health. There’s 2 and a half years left on her term which expires in 2025. A special election could possibly take place after the holidays in January of 2024. Reports the Boerne Star.
