Captured: Freda Thomas. Alleged killer from Bandera. After a six-month search, Thomas was arrested and taken into custody yesterday without incident in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. A warrant had been issued for Freda Thomas in connection with the murder of Robert Isaacks in Bandera. 88 year old Isaaks was seen with Thomas on security cameras in his home in November 2023. His body was later found 100 miles away from Bandera on the side of IH-10.
