Tony Lombardi Airport Manager for Gillespie County wants to implement an emergency plan. The last time one was written was in 2005 by the previous manager. He doesn’t think the plan was ever implemented. Lombardi helped with Kerrville-Kerr County’s airport emergency plan, so he’ll use the template as a reference.
