It’s a community focused concept with items for a price conscious consumer. The Dallas locations are near neighborhoods where many residents lack transportation and grocery stores are not close. Joe V’s is part of a discount grocery store boom competing with dollar stores and other discount grocery store retailers like Aldi’s.
