Another eclipse viewing area opens in Kerr County. The largest parking area in the county is now selling passes for Eclipse viewing on Monday, April 8th. The Hill Country Youth Event Center, on TX27 in Kerrville, is now offering parking on the grounds. Parking is available at the regular parking lot, the polo field, River Star Park, and Flat Rock Park.
