Here’s a holiday mashed potato hack: Lorafied Hacks says: You’ll need a large bowl and a baking rack. Boil the potatoes like you normally do. Cool them a bit. Keep the skin on. Cut them in half. Then lay them cut side down on the rack which you place over the bowl. Push the potato down and it cubes it for you already to add your favorite ingredients and mix. No need for peeling and dicing.
