Kendall Batchelor trial continues

The prosecution in The Kendall Batchelor intoxication manslaughter trial has already rested their case. Batchelor took the stand Wednesday, and said “yes” when she was questioned by the prosecution if she was driving drunk, the night she crashed into a sedan and killed the driver, Boerne resident David John Belter. The trial resumes at 8am this morning in Kendall County. If convicted, Batchelor could face 2 to 20 years in prison for a second degree felony.
