Kendall County and the City of Boerne have agreed on an Interlocal Agreement. The court and the city have been working on this for the past year. The agreement states that the County shall enforce certain actions in the ETJ or The Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction. The ETJ is an “unincorporated area that is contiguous to the corporate boundaries” of a city. Read the interlocal agreement on Kendall County’s website under important notices.
