Last night was the second Human Smuggling Townhall - a collaboration between the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office, Commissioner’s Court, and The KCSO Foundation. The first townhall drew a standing room only crowd of 350 people. Last night’s attendance was about 200 people at the Hill Country Youth Event Center. Trafficking is involuntary for exploitation.
