Early voting begins tomorrow. Elections are Tuesday, March 5th. Not only candidates are on the ballot. There are 13 ballot propositions up for vote. The propositions include property taxes, border security and amnesty. To cast your vote in early voting in Kerrville, the two voting places are at the Hill Country Youth Event Center on Highway 27. And the West Kerr County Annex in Ingram at 510 College Street.
