Kerrville - Arcadia Live is 100

The Arcadia Theater is a centenarian. The City of Kerrville proclaimed June as the 100-year anniversary of the theater.  The theater opened in 1926 as a vaudeville and silent movie theater, then served Kerrville as a movie theater for more than 60 years. It closed in 1989. Decades passed before the historic theater was renovated and reopened with community support in 2019 as Arcadia Live. Today, The Arcadia Live continues to serve as a gathering place in the heart of downtown Kerrville.
