Kerrville - Arthur Bell memoriam at the Callioux

Kerrville’s Playhouse 2000 is having a public memoriam for Mayor of the Kerrville Theater District, Arthur Bell. The service is Saturday, November 18th 11am at the Callioux Theater. His family requests in lieu of flowers to donate to Schreiner University and/or the Elks Lodge of Kerrville.
