A few of the agenda items voted on by Kerrville City Council Tuesday afternoon included a second reading of an ordinance for the annexation of 100 acres to Comanche Trace. A concerned citizen brought up water availability. The item was passed unanimously. Another item voted on was electioneering at polling sites. Only 10 signs will be allowed at polling places per candidate. A citizen brought up freedom of speech issues. Councilman Roland Garcia agreed and was outvoted on the measure 3 to 1. Concerns were lack of data for the implementation of this measure.
