Kerrville - Grass and weed ordinance

A new Kerrville city ordinance regulates high grass and weeds. Weeds at a foot and taller are against the law now. It’s a violation of the Sanitary Maintenance of a Property. Fines start at 100 dollars and go up to 2 thousand dollars per violation. For more information contact the city of Kerrville’s Development Services.
