Kerrville ISD death notification of student

Kerrville ISD Superintendent Brent Ringo dispatched a notification to the ISD community Sunday afternoon regarding the above accident. The 15 year old killed is a Tivy HS student. 2 of the passengers in the accident are also KISD students. Counselors are available today at the schools for students and staff.
