Kerrville Lighted Parade winners

The City of Kerrville announces the Kerrville Lighted Parade first place winners by category. They are for Commercial – The J3 Company. Kerrville Pets Alive takes the non-profit category win, Tivy High School Marching Band wins the Walking Category. And the youth prize goes to West Kerr County Youth Sports.
