Don’t be in such a hurry to get somewhere, 2 accidents in Kerrville caused traffic delays recently. Yesterday, Kerrville Police Department responded to a rollover at 5 Points around the noon hour. The accident blocked traffic on the Junction Highway. No one was injured. On Wednesday, Texas DPS responded to a vehicle and cow encounter at the Harper exit that also backed up traffic.
