Key Capture Energy, a South Korean company requests a re-investment zone designation in Kendall County. The County Commissioners were to address the tax abatement for property improvements on 8 acres of leased land. The county commissioners met on Monday The property is located at Flat Rock Creek Road and FM 473. The proposed facility is for a battery energy storage system in unincorporated Kendall County. When finished it would provide 100 megawatts of power to the area.
