The developer of Twin Creeks subdivision in Kerr County is suing the county. Lakewood Capital Group LLC and Kerrville Acquisitions LLC filed the lawsuit at the end of June. They are suing over the commissioner’s court denying of the final plat of the subdivision. The county has retained counsel. Several issues are at hand regarding public safety like lack of road development, water well issues and the cost of road development. No court date has been set. Reports the Hill Country Journal.
