A traffic stop in Kerrville leads to the arrest of 2 Bandera residents for narcotics. On Wednesday, Kerr County deputies stopped a vehicle with 2 passengers on Lower Turtle Creek Road. After smelling marijuana coming from the car, a K9 unit was dispatched. Methamphetamine was found in the car. Alexander Taylor Stinson and Tara Lynne Hise were arrested and booked into the Kerr County Jail. They were charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance plus tampering with physical evidence. Also assisting with the arrest was Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and Kerr County’s Special Operations Division.
