Kerrville’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a new senior living facility on Memorial Boulevard. The Perryhill Cottages are slated for construction but building is held up due to Stage Four water restrictions. Perryhill will be 4 duplexes at 800 square feet each. Only projects that had water lines already put in before Stage 4 can open water accounts. New construction requiring water has to wait until the restrictions are lifted. Reports the Daily Times.
