ISD’s Starting school on Monday are Kerrville, Ingram, Utopia, Comfort, Fredericksburg and Our Lady of the Hills College Prep. School buses are on the roadways early in the morning. Watch for people at school crossings. School speed limits will be in effect. Cellphone use is banned in active school zones.
