Stinky prank - a felony?

A school prank could turn 2 graduating students into felons. Reports mysanantonio.com. At Caney Creek High School in Conroe, TX Seniors Diego Flores and David Navarette-Arce brought a fart-spray to school. The odor was so bad the school was evacuated and closed for 2 days. The students were arrested and are now out on bond. They face 3rd degree felony charges which carries prison time of up to 10 years.
