Today is the start of Tax Free Weekend. No tax exemption form necessary. The annual event helps families save on items needed for back to school. Although, items can be purchased online, the Texas comptroller encourages shoppers to buy at Texas businesses. The list of tax free items is at Comptroller.texas.gov. Tax free weekend runs through Sunday.
