When you purchase a new vehicle and get your hard plates in, you may want to shred your paper temporary plates. A Kendall County resident reported to the sheriff’s office that they threw their temporary plates in the trash when they received their license plates in the mail. The resident received notice the temp plates were now being used at tollways in Austin.
