Kerrville resident Tom Jones has thrown his hat into the ring for the Precinct 1 Kerr County Commissioner seat. Current Commissioner Harley Belew will not be seeking re-election. Jones currently is president of the Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District and executive director of Christian Men’s Job Corps. As reported in the Daily Times.
