Kerr, Kendall, Bandera, Gillespie and Medina counties are included in Governor Greg Abbott’s state of disaster due to the threat of wildfires. Most of the hill country is under Red Flag warnings. Which means the region is under critical fire threat due to low relative humidity, high winds and dry vegetation.
