TXDot - First flyover ramp opens on Loop 1604 North Expansion

TXDot celebrates the opening of the first flyover ramp on the Loop 1604 North Expansion. The ramp, now open, will provide easier access between eastbound Loop 1604 and Westbound IH-10. The flyover is a a 5-level, innovative design that will improve connectivity and mobility for San Antonio drivers. The Loop 1604 North Expansion is a Texas Clear Lanes project aimed at improving mobility and reducing congestion along 23 miles of Loop 1604 from SH 16 (Bandera Rd.) to I-35. The expansion is projected to be complete by 2027.
