Kerr County - update on Flood Warning System
Tom Moser, head of the Guadalupe River Flood Warning System updated Kerr County Commissioners on the project at their meeting on Tuesday. Moser said the plan includes a system of gauges and sensors that would alert those along the river with sirens and mass alert systems. The sensors would feed into a computer system that predicts what areas along the river basin are at risk of flooding. The system can then trigger specific sirens and "local warning systems" along the river.

Gillespie County Commissioners, who met in executive session after their regular meeting fired Erika Caputo. Several library programs are on pause according to the library’s Facebook page. Kendall Co - accident ends in death on IH-10
Kendall County man dies in crash on IH-10 near Texas 46 Wednesday night according to the Boerne Police Department. An 18 wheeler stalled on the westbound lane at Mile Marker 540. A Toyota Tundra crashed into the tanker truck. Police report the 18 wheeler didn’t have hazard lights on until seconds before the crash. The driver of the Tundra was identified as Bradly Dietert, 40, who died at the scene. A portion of the interstate was closed for several hours as investigators work
