Housing project hits a small snag

A 700 home housing project hit a snag last week with the Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commission. Reports the Daily Times. The problem in question is the lot size. Plus according to a local developer, there’s no plans for alleys or green spaces. Lennar Homes is the builder and the project will be built next door to Hal Peterson Middle School. The builder requested annex and zoning changes. With some stipulations regarding the lot sizes, the changes were approved by the P and Z commission. Now the approval process goes before the City Council.
