Kerrville - reclaimed water to be sent into Nimitz Lake via Elm Creek
A 1.6-mile reclaimed-water pipeline in Kerrville to send treated effluent into Elm Creek and farther downstream into Nimitz Lake. The planned pipeline could dump up to 500 thousand gallons a day of treated wastewater into the surface waters at Elm Creek Park, flowing into Nimitz Lake, a part of the Guadalupe River. A student, 15 at the Hill Country Preparatory High School opened fire wounding a teacher and then took their own life. Helotes Man Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for Intoxication Manslaughter on Texas 46. Robert Delmon Gray, 57, plead guilty to Intoxication Manslaughter, pursuant to a plea agreement.
