Travelers prepare for delays due to a new TXDot road pattern. An eastbound Loop 1604 entrance ramp after the I-10 interchange was permanently shut down yesterday. Another memorial for the 119 who perished in last July’s floods is now at the Kerrville RV Resort and Cabins on Texas 173. A flood memorial was dedicated with all names painted on a brick and placed at the foot of a cross. At night, the cross is lit up with a green spotlight.

Texas interim Comptroller to resign at the end of the month. Kelly Hancock turned his resignation letter in to Governor Greg Abbott Wednesday. Hancock was appointed by Governor Abbott for the role last year after the previous comptroller resigned. Hancock was defeated in his bid for a full term in March against Don Huffines.
