Bulverde is suing 2 San Antonio companies for removing over 100 trees without permission. Reports expressnews.com. The trees were removed from a ranch recently sold to Texas Parks and Wildlife for the Honey Creek State Natural Area. The owners of the property told the city about the tree removal and also reported it to the Comal County Sheriff’s Department. The trees were removed as part of a water pipeline project for several water companies. Bulverde seeks 5.8 million dollars.
