Your own personal vineyard development coming to the 290 Wine Trail. A Mexican based company CB Wine Tourism recently closed on 218 acres in between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The company plans to develop the property into Puerta Del Lobo USA, 100 private luxury estates surrounded by vinyards, boutique hotel and upscale restaurants and more. CB Wine Tourism has operated a similar development in Queretaro for 10 years. Balcones Land Company is the seller.
