3 Kerrville residents are held in Kerr County Jail under 100 thousand dollar bonds for the shooting in Ingram. Christian Julian Hernandez, 18, Andrew Lee Valdarez, 18 and Isiah Jeremiah Pena, 19 have all been charged with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon. Also arrested is 20 year old Ariela Isabel Ramirez for unlawful possession of a weapon. The investigation is on going.
