Texas Department of Safety reports that Juan Carlos Huerta, a child sex offender, Jesse Mario Vega, a probation violator and Hayden Brince Abel III, a member of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas. Abel was wanted in Kerr County on a probation arrest warrant. And in Nueces County for failure to register as a sex offender. A Texas Crimestoppers reward is to be paid out on Abel’s arrest.
