Abbott signs Senate Bill 38 - squatters law

Governor Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill 38 to make it easier for property owners to remove squatters. Yesterday Abbott ceremonially signed the bill into law to close loopholes, remove squatters, and defend homeowners' property rights during a bill signing ceremony at the Texas Capitol.
