ARK of the Highland Lakes 400K donation

Ark of the Highland Lakes receives a 400 thousand dollar donation for flood recovery according to dailytrib.com. The funding came from the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation Disaster Fund. Board members from 4 counties each successfully applied for 100 thousand dollars to help fund Ark’s repair and replace the homes of Burnet County Residents. More than 450 homes were damaged in the July 4^th floods. The Ark was founded in 2018 is a coalition of local churches and non-profits that helps the community after a disaster.
