Bandera County - Vanderpool well case

A win for Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District and Bandera Canyonlands Alliance in the contested well permit case. The district authorized Vanderpool Management LP for 56 acre feet instead of 200 acre feet Vanderpool wanted for 2 wells on their campsite. State District Court Judge M. Patrick McGuire sided with the groundwater district on Friday ending a 3 year dispute with the camp owners. Vanderpool may appeal the judge’s decision.
